How to Return (part of) my Order?
Follow the steps below to process your return:
1. Submit
Click on the link below to submit your return.
2. Pack
Pack your items. Remember to remove the old shipping label.
3. Ship
You can do this at a drop-off point near you. This will be further explained on your return label.
4. Refund
After receiving it in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded within a few working days.
Please consider the following points when returning an item:
1. Returns should be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
2. You are responsible for your return shipment. You can insure your package for €1.99.
3. Keep the item in its original packaging.
4. Keep all labels and tags attached to the item.
5. Place the item in a box or sturdy packaging.
6. Place the return label you receive in the return portal clearly visible on the box.
